Appointments
- Office appointments
- Initial visit: Please allow at least 1 hour for your first visit with us.
- Please arrive with your completed new patient paperwork.
- Other visits: Please allow at least ½ hour for follow up visits and 1 hour for annual exams.
- Telephone appointments
- If you have a very busy schedule or issues with child-care or transportation, you may choose to schedule a telephone appointment.
- We will set a time for you to call our office for your telephone appointment. Telephone or long distance charges are the responsibility of the patient.
Telephone appointments are not covered by insurance, and you will be charged for the amount of time spent in consultation. Please call us for telephone appointment fees.
